The clerk of the National Assembly, Yahaya Danzaria has confirmed receipt of Senator Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan's notice of resumption but quickly stated that she won't be allowed in the Senate until her case in the Court of Appeal has been resolved. Recall that the Senator was suspended 6 months ago for gross misconduct and it just elapsed recently.
