Schade scored the first goal in the 35th minute to put the bees in front with Cole Palmer coming from behind in the 60th minute to equalize making the scoreline 1-1.
The blues' Moses Caicedo scored the 3rd goal of the match in the 85th minute to put them in the lead ahead of Brentford.
The bees' Carvalho scored in the 90th minute to equalize at stoppage time to make his side grab a point against Chelsea.
